Really, simulation and schematic capture are two separate problems, and it would be better to consider them separately. There's hardly a schematic or simulation tool out there that doesn't speak a common netlist format. | |

These take more work than an LTSpice simulation (You either have to add simulation data to all the parts you use, or write up a Verilog simulation), but gEDA (Unlike most PCB design packages) definitely does have a simulator. | |
