So I am just getting started developing with an Altera Cyclone II EP265 mini board (listed here: http://www.amazon.com/RioRand-EP2C5T144-Altera-Cyclone-Development/dp/B00LEMKR92), and I am having some trouble getting a program that outputs the "and" and "or" of three inputs working.
