Thermal Resistance Unitresistance unit

This is Regrading Datasheet ICE2A365Referring to the Infineon ICE2A365 datasheet. 

In the datasheet they shown Thermal, the thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 90 K/W. So confusion is what

What is K its? Is it kelvin or Degreedegrees C,.

If it is kelvin than changing it to degreedegrees centigrade will be approx -183C/W, which does not make any sense.
