If you ever want to you could try cover the LEDs with thick dark black cardboard or aluminium foil tape and see if you can achieve latch up. Then remove the magnets and wave them in and out of bright light and see if they might latch up. Also see if there are any unconnected pins that might pick up static charge though the aluminium case should protect from much of that. | |
