Try raising Vcc, though be aware that will put about \$0.65\:\mathrm V / 5\:\Omega = 130\:\mathrm{mA}\$ through the LED, enough to cook it unless it's more than a typical indicator LED. Increase R2 to 47Ω to get about 15mA. | |
