The mmc command gives me: eMMC Life Time Estimation A [EXT_CSD_DEVICE_LIFE_TIME_EST_TYP_A]: 0x02 , eMMC Life Time Estimation B [EXT_CSD_DEVICE_LIFE_TIME_EST_TYP_B]: 0x01 . I don't know if that's the same format, but I presume that's 20% and 10%?

Note that this is also shown in mmc extcsd read /dev/block/mmcblk0 (replace with the device you want to check). The command is part of the mmc-utils package available e.g. in Debian. Or if you want to use this script but don't see anything in sys/kernel/debug then you need to mount debugfs: mount -t debugfs nodev /sys/kernel/debug
