As already pointed out by @Andy aka, diode (my D3) introduces a dissymetry in the behavior.

This diode is lighted only for a very short time as simulated.
This behavior ... because the inverse voltage on (my) Q1 base is just limited to ~ -1.2 V)

As already pointed out by @Andy aka, diode (my D3) introduces a dissymetry in the behavior.

This diode is lighted only for a very short time as simulated.
The reason is that there is "high" resistance between the base and Vcc (100 kOhm).
