I am newbie here , if i posted wrong site i am sorry :)

I have bought discovery board to learn arm programing , but when i plug board to laptop via usb, there is no sign of 'device plugged' even on the device manager ,one of the leds on the board near the usb ports blinking , another one just on.

İ have figured out that problem is occured because of usb cable that did not have data line inside , thanks for for your replies
