Is this 22uf / 16v? General rule of thumb for these markings?

1\$\begingroup\$ 220µF/16V is more likely given its size. \$\endgroup\$– Turbo JJan 25, 2018 at 22:27

1\$\begingroup\$ Probably 220uF, traditionally electrolytics had enough surface area to print the value without using the last digit as an exponent. (yes, 16V) \$\endgroup\$– user_1818839Jan 25, 2018 at 22:28
