# Can we transmit a PSK modulated signal with YARD Stick One?

We are working on a project to produce a simple walkie talkie repeater. We have a RTL SDR, which we are using to reverse engineer our signal. Using this + URH, we think our signal is PSK modulated, 305 bits per second. Here's a screenshot of our data:

For our actual project, we want to use a YARD Stick One to both transmit and receive. But the YARD Stick One only supports ASK, OOK, GFSK, 2-FSK, 4-FSK, MSK modulations. Since it isn't a real SDR, it seems we only have the option of binary data in, binary data out. Are we up a creek without a paddle here, or is there some workaround we can use?

In the worst case, we can get new hardware

For reference, here are links to the documentation we have for our walkie talkie, YARD Stick One, and RTL-SDR.

• What is the thick red line across the middle of your screenshot representing? What is "+ URH" – Andy aka Apr 27 '18 at 8:42
