I have drawn a LI-ION battery charging circuitry for LED lamp application. I used the IC’s DWO1A for 1 cell lithium ion battery protection and 8205 for dual N Channel enhancement MOSFET. Since playing with LI-ION battery is risky I need someone’s help before assembling.

What would happen if supply voltage to charging/protection IC goes upto 5 V?
