Both FCC and CE 300 328 has power spectral density test, may be with little difference. We bought 2.4ghz radio which has FCC pass report with 30dbm power and its pass the power spectral density test. But when we integrate this radio to out Host board and sent unit for CE certification 20dbm power , its failed on power density test.

FCC result are enter image description here

CE 300 328 result are

I am not sure why in CE test we are getting too much value for this test even we set RF output power to 20dbm. and in FCC test they get low value for this test with RF output power set to 30dbm.

In CE test we are continuous transmitting with 100 duty cycle, not sure how FCC test was done. any advice on this.
