I would like to know if it is possible to measure or calculate junction capacitance of sensor (current source similar to photodiode) and if it is how.

The sensor manufacturer does not have any information in their datasheet.

Link to MAXTEC MAX11 Oxygen Cell.

Base on the Digikey website Cin = CCM + CDIFF + CPD

There is a Document which talks about how to calculate photodiode junction capacitance, but I do not know if you can apply this to all current generating sensors.

\$\begingroup\$ Are you allowed to provide 0.1 volt square wave, with various offset voltages? If so, drive the sensor thru 100,000 ohm resistor, place the scope on AC, and measure the 63% tau. \$\endgroup\$ – analogsystemsrf Feb 9 at 3:19
