I want to store some calibration and configuration data in lpc2148 flash memory. Also this data must be loaded into ram at startup. When data is changed i will write it into the flash(using IAP).

Below table show flash sectors for LPC2148. For EEPROM emulation i will use sector-26

Also when using IAP, top 32 bytes of RAM must be reserved.

This is as far i have modified the scatter file(keil uvision 4), is it ok? Also how do i load eeprom data into ram?
