I'm designing a high side back to back common source bidirectinal power switch made from n-mosfets. schema:My switch design, the driver is LTC7004 Schematic attached. The questions:

  1. How can i protect driver from voltage spike from induction load (Load is converter driving 5kW BLDC) Now there are diode D4 and D5.
  2. Mosfet protections while switching high current (up to 100 AMPS [there are mosfets in paraller]), is there any way to protect from breakdown? I though about back to back diodes connected with anodes on source, is there any better option?
