I initially had complete connection with the STM32L496 Discovery board (with STMod+) and my laptop through Tera Term and was configuring it to only use the NB1 network. This was successful and the module had connectivity. Now when i connect the device and reset using the button, the only thing that it is telling me is that the device is configured to only run on NB1 networks, which is what I want, but I am unable to type any AT commands or anything on tera term for that matter. Nothings registers from my keyboard .(I have tried putty, Tera term and even hyperterminal) Is there anything I have to do that would allow me to communicate AT commands to the board? Any help around the matter would be much appreciated

  • \$\begingroup\$ I haven’t typed any configuration code yet, to make it connect to solely NB1 network it was a matter of dragging and dropping a .bin file provided by STMicroelectronics into the boards driver \$\endgroup\$ – jaason Aug 21 at 22:51
