Can anyone please give information how to calculate the thermal resistance of SIL PAD "TSP A2000" from make Berguist.

from The data sheet its specified thinness is 0.254mm, Thermal conductivity (W/m-K) = 2, Thermal impedance 0.34@100Psi. Please tell me how calculate the thermal resistance for TO-247-4 package switch.
