I have been trying to simulate a LED colour organ in MULTISIM (literally) for hours. I don't understand why is it not working. My end goal is to get to simulate this on MULTISIM. Here's the circuit I'm following: reference circuit for simulation

The LEDs are flickering, which is not how a colour organ operating at single frequency works(as in the video shared above).

  • \$\begingroup\$ The front end is very non-linear . Try 2 stages or an OA. Start with design specs for gain range, linearity, spectral blocking , sensitivity vs response, peak, vs decay rate \$\endgroup\$ – Tony Stewart Sunnyskyguy EE75 Sep 2 '20 at 13:22
