I need to measure inrush DC current in PV solar system. Can I do that with a clamp meter?

\$\begingroup\$ If it's a hall effect type, that is capable of measuring both DC and AC, and the meter has a peak/hold sensing mode, and the inrush event isn't too fast for it. \$\endgroup\$ – Pete W Dec 30 '20 at 5:03
