enter image description here Could you help me with this question?
I have some difficulties to answer it.
The question is from the PIC24FJ128GC010 family datasheet and after some research I just know the meaning of the different values :

  • IRNG value means that the internal currentsource must be set for 5.5 μA
  • PVCFG (Converter Voltage Reference Configuration for ADREF+ bits) is on VREF+
  • NVCFG0 (Converter Voltage Reference Configuration for ADREF- bit) is on AVSS

Maybe we should use this formula : Tdie = 710 mV – Vdiode / 1.8 (indicates on the datasheet)

But I don't know how to make the conversion result.

\$\begingroup\$ Yeah for once I'm with Andy, don't just spam EE.SE with all your homework questions, put in the work to learn the basics on your own, that's what the rest of us had to do... \$\endgroup\$
