I am using the Shockley model to evaluate the current through a diode and the voltage across it and I have this circuit and this is where I am stuck:

simulate this circuit – Schematic created using CircuitLab

How can I write the equations of voltage and current such that by using the Shockley equation we will have a n-th order system?
