I'm planning to use TPS61099DRVR boost converter IC from TI part in my product.

Can this boost converter works reliably when input voltage reaches close to output voltage set by feedback resistors? My input can be from 1.6 to 3.3 V and output is set to 3.3 V. I don't have concern when input is in the range 1.6 to 3.2 V as it is less than the output voltage 3.3 V. But can this boost converter IC give me reliable and steady output voltage of 3.3 V when input voltage is also 3.3 V?
