Can someone help me find the voltages dropped across the components in this circuit by using nodal analysis?

I got the first equation (on the top left of the circuit) to be 7V1 - 2V2 = 40, but I don't know how to get the second one.

  • \$\begingroup\$ Might be easier if you convert that 4A and 2Ohm resistor into a thevenin source \$\endgroup\$ yesterday
  • \$\begingroup\$ ok, im not quite sure how i do that, do i basically just simplify the circuit to get one component for the resistors etc? \$\endgroup\$ yesterday

  • \$\begingroup\$ i chose V1 to be in the top left of the circuit and the equation i got for that was 7v1-2v2=40 \$\endgroup\$ yesterday
