How do I figure out what the value for Qe_max (curve 2) should be?

TI's application note describes Qe_max as Qe at maximum load, and Qe is a function of the load, Re. I am confused on how to figure out the actual value for Qe_max because it seems like you need to know Lr and Cr, which does not make sense because determining Qe is done to help us figure out Lr and Cr in the first place.

    \$\begingroup\$ AFAIK, it is solved iteratively, starting with a safely underestimated value (based on Mg(pk), and the inductance ratio which is similarly started with a guess value). \$\endgroup\$ Aug 31 at 15:11
