\$\begingroup\$ Hello and welcome. Just a comment to say you'll get the best out of EE.SE if you write a clear and concrete question. These have good objective answers. We're happy to help, but questions which lack clarity or which read like stream-of-consciousness are unlikely to get you the help you want. \$\endgroup\$

\$\begingroup\$ Which IC are you talking about? They're labelled on the PCB (U1 ... U8). But your photo isn't good enough to read their component markings. You have to help us help you, we can't do it by magic. \$\endgroup\$

  • \$\begingroup\$ "Part identification" questions are on-topic. But we have to be able to read the markings. Please add a close-up photo of the IC in question. Also, you should add the 'identification' tag. \$\endgroup\$

\$\begingroup\$ This isn't an EE design question, it is a product question. We don't troubleshoot consumer hardware, you'll have to find an IT site for that. \$\endgroup\$
