Hi being a invoice I am not able to figure out what is the chip attached to motor

I got it from a non working toy. Is it a simple dc motor? Are the chip contain just resistor named as mc1, mc2? Or can I remove the chip and use it directly?

Does it looks like a 3 volt? I got it from fisher price toy.

Any help is appreciated. I don't want to take any risks as this is the only motor I found to play this weekend.

Update:

It looks like it has magnet in it so can I somehow use it as a dynamo?

Update:
It is attached to the below PCB but not sure why main IC does not have any information on top of it and toy was powered by 6 aaa cells so 9 volt I think
