Unless I'm totally daft, the right hand side of the connection should be modified as:
Pink (RXD-) to 5 TX-
Should be 7 RX-
Yellow (TXD-) to 7 RX-
Should be 5 TX-
Grey (RXD+) to 4 TX+
Should be 6 RX+
Green (TXD+) to 6 RX+
Should be 4 TX+
White (Supply Voltage - ) to 10 and they the together to + of 24V DC Brown (Supply Voltage +) to 9 and they the together to - of 24V DC
Haven't you mixed up these two? Looks like you are driving it in revesere. You might have fried it...
Not sure about the Analog Ground. You might not need it.
