Very broad experience over a very long time. Interested in listening, interpreting actual meaning, learning, helping, guiding and teaching. A lot of others put the work in for a young me and you try to pass on the baton of their attitude.
The '10% inspiration, 90% perspiration' rule is true. Working well in groups is probably the most important aspect of engineering, well above tech knowledge - without it, we're useless. That tiny few some tolerate as 'difficult but brilliant' are actually very disposable with no loss :-)
