I'll have to look into PFETs and see if it would be easier to use one here, but I have a question about the FET drivers - I've seen a lot of diagrams of driver chips and they contain the product (Texas Instruments LM2623MM, for example) but they also have a lot more components, some of which are grounded (as in the first diagram in this pdf ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm2623.pdf). Are there any chips that are entirely self-contained? How could I go about searching for one, if it exists? | |
