This is a legitimate way to make a low-power power supply in some circumstances (but not this one, IMO).

Jan 23, 2017 at 21:31 comment added Jim I throw it away because it was not charging the lead acid battery, maybe lead acid battery was dead. When I measured the output voltage it was 220V without the battery and 6-8V with the battery on charging mode
