Jun 12, 2017 at 20:10 comment added Anonymous Actually so far I have only one wire from DAC, and 3 outputs (two to headphones, and one to other device's mixer). Combinations I tried show that issue stays with op-amp instance.

Jun 12, 2017 at 19:33 comment added Anonymous It is not polarity, it is origin of the symbol in EAGLE (small red cross). But you say that circuit is ok and it makes me feel better :)
