The model might not be still usable in the reverse bias condition and DC bias. It might also be a model that DC voltage components are all eliminated, and only the effect of DC bias to Cj and IL is applied and used accordingly. They are all about what is deemed the most important in the phenomenon that is to be caught in the model. | |
