Oct 10, 2012 at 20:30 comment added stevenvh The 25 mA, is that a constant current like in Dave's interpretation, or a more common setup with a series resistor for the LED? The current source gives you an easy solution (see Dave's answer), but may not be what you'll see in the wild.
