Schematic side I moved to smaller shielded inductors and doubled the switching frequency, added a snubber network on the input of the inductors, added capacitors as recommended in the comments and an additional low pass filter on the outputs. PCB side I changed the stackup to have both inner layers be ground and they are now unbroken throughout. I re-worked the IC / mosfet layout to fix the dancing you noticed and tightened things up considerably. | |

Why before filtering with the output capacitors C11,C13,C15 you mounted LASER1. same case for other channel. | |
