What is the SI unit of magnetic field?

As derived from F = qvB sinθ (while I also don't understand why we use sine but not cosine), it is stated that the force is in Newton. However, I do not understand why. ( I guess it is because velocity times accelaration, but I don't know why B is A/m, and why do we need sine but not cosine)
