Everything indicates that, since we have a balanced system, the power is equal on all the loads.
Yet, some operations DO lead to the results on alternative A:
P=380²/10<60 = 1440<-60
As cos-60=0.5
then P=1440*0.5 = 7220
The theory:
It is known that the sum of the two wattmeters is the total power of the load, but it doesn't mean that both of them will present the same value, since the SOURCES are out of phase
