Will hot/live go into NO and neutral into COM, to switch over 200v? Can someone explain please. I saw in some places it says natural into NO but what into com?

Control relay from Bluetooth on ATtiny85
I know someone else has made a Bluetooth transmitter to a relay so i wanted to ask a few questions about it being possible? … Second is it possible to switch a 220V AC relay from the ATtiny85 if not would i be better off with an arduino?
