C-Type cordtype cable trying to make a otg Cordan OTG cable but only 3 wires - black, red, and blue

I have a C-Type cordtype cable with only three wires. I took apart the cordcable to get a better look inside and I only have 3 solder points. I'm trying to make aan OTG host of the c chordC cable that I have where. Where do I attach the 5.1 k resistor if I only have three solder mount points?

I'm trying to make C-Typetype to micro usbUSB.[ only 3 points available][1]
