@efox29 I would define complex as having to stitch tog different components and as I understand the need to program the microcontroller (I know a bit of Java , nothing else). This may not be complex for you but I am very new to this field.

Microcontroller is too complex as indicated by many comments on the other thread. I am looking for something simpler.

@PlasmaHH - nope people use the term "natural light" at 6500K but the sun produces spectrum closer to 10000K - which is more "blue" than "white"

@SpehroPefhany Thanks.. But I don't think this would work as I need to generate more than 5,000 lux of blue light..
