I have a 5V voltage source with 2.5A current as input. I want to have this source in the output. I use a microcontroller. I can't use a relay because it takes up a lot of space.

I first used this circuit for this, but this wasn't suitable for me because I had a voltage drop which wasn't manageable.

How can I switch input voltage as output?

\$\begingroup\$ Might want to look at "load switches". \$\endgroup\$ Commented Jan 17, 2021 at 12:10

\$\begingroup\$ What device are you trying to supply power to? The solution looks different between, for example, a motor and a microprocessor. \$\endgroup\$
