How are register detail figures made for IP/peripheral documentation?
Shouldn't be hard to do using e.g. Inkscape or even Word.

LTspice: unknown subcircuit error
@MaryamElYaagoubi then ask your professor to help you with LTspice usage, or read/watch a few tutorials.

I don't know what to do to get a sine in this LTspice circuit
Your schematics are a mess, clean them up and your errors will be easier to find.

ERROR LTSpice from V tp gV
@MaryamElYaagoubi do you have the original design?

ERROR LTSpice from V tp gV
"It is supposed to be a sin [sic]" but you have nothing that can generate sine waves there. To be honest, your circuit is a mess, maybe break it down in parts (power supply, filtering, amplification) with a clear input/output path will help you get it working.

1) No, it's not normal. 2) Replace them with capacitors of correct values (I assume you want 470 uF, 47 uF and 270 uF).

Why do you have 470 farad (C3), 47 farad (C4) and 270 farad (C5) capacitors? Also, you're using the ideal op-amp which, AFAIK, can give you physically meaningless results (gigavolts).

LTspice error, EKG
@MaryamElYaagoubi what "doesn't work"? What error messages do you get after making the changes I said?

Begin by fixing your errors (470 pF -> 470p, 3.3 mu -> 3.3m) and by connecting the negatives of V1 and V2 to ground.

What does a star symbol under a resistor indicate?
The CD4047 is an oscillator IC which frequency is set by a capacitor and a resistor, so probably there's a note somewhere in the schematic.
