During the DRC, the following rules may be checked:
- Layer construction
- Track minimum widths, drills, vias, blind vias
- Clearance among tracks, pads, SMD pads, and vias
- Distance from wires and pads to edges
- Pad/drill ratio
- Shapes and rounding
- Thermals
- Masks
- Cosmetic features
